Perhaps the most straightforward way to get your data into SPSS is to first download it as an Excel file, then use the procedures in the previous page to open it in SPSS. You won’t be doing this in the current exercise, but if you needed to get data from Google Sheets into SPSS, how would you do it? It is free, but to access it, you need to have or create a Google account. The search engine company Google has a number of other products, including a suite of Microsoft Office-like products that includes Google Sheets.
